  • If you request a cancellation before production begins, approval is at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Pre-orders are generally non-refundable due to items being made or sourced specifically for you.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Pre-order items follow our standard Return Policy unless stated otherwise.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind on pre-order items.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
  • If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
