What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure an item before it officially drops. These pieces are produced specifically based on demand — your order is what makes it happen.

Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. Your payment secures your item and confirms your place in the drop.

Production & Shipping
Estimated timeframes are provided on each product page. Please note these are estimates — production, customs, or shipping may cause delays. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays.

Changes & Cancellations
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation requests made before production begins are reviewed at our discretion.

Refunds
Pre-orders are non-refundable as items are made specifically for you. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges
Pre-order items follow our standard Return Policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on pre-order items. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once the pre-order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your package in real time via the Australia Post website or app. Delivery timeframes are determined directly by Australia Post.

For any delivery delays, missing parcels, or transit concerns, we'll support you in coordinating with Australia Post to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
